• Twitch account data: Channel name, handle, follower count, broadcaster type, and stream categories.
• Contact information: Email address associated with your YouTube or Twitch account, as well as any alternate contact email, manager name, and manager email you provide.
• Profile information: Preferred name, country, and social media handles you voluntarily submit via the inquiry form.
• Submission data: Game and product preferences and any additional information you provide when submitting an inquiry.

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify your identity as a content creator
• Evaluate your channel for potential PR and marketing partnerships

• YouTube API Services — by signing in with YouTube, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
• Twitch — by signing in with Twitch, you agree to Twitch's Terms of Service and Twitch's Privacy Notice.
• Supabase — we use Supabase to store your data securely in a hosted PostgreSQL database.
• Vercel — the Service is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to evaluate and manage creator partnerships. If you would like your data removed from our system, please contact us at the email address below and we will process your request promptly.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is stored in encrypted databases and transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
